IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Students that are completing their degree requirements during the summer terms 3 and 4, can request the summer conferral. Students that apply for summer conferral will have their date of conferral listed on their transcript as September 1st. Students will also receive one official transcript and their diploma 6-8 weeks after September 1st. There will be a non-refundable fee of $125 assessed for undergraduate degrees and $150 for master's degrees to your account upon receipt of your application. This covers the cost of the official audit, 1 official transcript, diploma with cover, and cap and gown. Student that apply for summer conferral will walk in the December commencement ceremony. All financial obligations to the university must be resolved to receive your transcript and diploma.

Once your Graduation Application has been processed, an official audit will be emailed to your Limestone email. Charges will be posted to your account as soon as this application is processed.

UNDERGRADUATES ONLY: If you have a parent who graduated from Limestone, would you like for that parent to present your diploma cover to you during the graduation ceremony? If yes, we will need the parents name while attending Limestone and their graduation year. Once we have confirmed the parent did graduate, we will email details for the day of graduation at a later time.

Fees and deadlines:

A non-refundable fee of $125 (Undergraduates) or $150 (Master Graduates) will be assessed to your account upon receipt of your application. The fee will cover the cost of your diploma, diploma cover, and one official transcript, your cap and gown, and your application for graduation. The fee will be applied to your student account for payment prior to graduation. Students will also receive one official transcript and their diploma 6-8 weeks after graduation. All financial obligations to the university must be resolved to receive your transcript and diploma.

If the application is received after the deadline, there will be an additional $100 (NON-REFUNDABLE) late fee assessed to your account. Applications will not be accepted after March 15th for May graduation or October 15th for December graduation.
