Andrea Allison came to Limestone College in 2013 with a background in mental health counseling. Andrea is licensed as a Professional Counselor by the state of South Carolina and certified nationally as a Rehabilitation Counselor. She is currently pursuing her doctoral degree in Higher Education. She serves on the Board for South Carolina Women in Higher Education (SCWHE) and previously served as a Board member for Cherokee County Disabilities and Special Needs (DDSN).

Susan Baxter-Ferguson began at Limestone College in 2011 after spending ten years teaching English and drama in the public school system. The Learning Specialist for Accessibility and PALS, Susan also teaches Developmental Writing and Academic Skills. Two of her favorite activities are reading and writing. She has an extensive book collection and has written two as-yet-unpublished novels. She always has multiple works-in-progress. In addition to reading and writing, Susan enjoys directing and acting in community theater. She has directed two plays for Gaffney Little Theater, and she has been in several plays, both on the GLT stage and on the Limestone College Theatre stage. Susan and her husband Tim enjoy spending time with their three children.
